3 More Weigh-Ins Ladies!

There are only 3 more weigh-ins left in the challenge. Are you reaching your goals?

Wow, I hate that number. I think I'll change it a lot!

So...we have to decide this Wednesday if we are staying in the competition or not? Is that right?

One more thing-
Don't know if you all have visited this website but it is a great resource for knowing the cal/fat on foods at favorite restaurants. Even gives the point values for weight watchers.

Like we really wanna know! =)

I couldn't remember either so I went back and looked at the official rules. Here they are:

**Game starts on Wednesday, January 16th and ends on Wednesday, February 27th.
Wednesday, February 13th is the day to decide whether to fold or raise your "bet".
At that time you'll have the option to put in another $30 and continue for two more weeks. The total time is 6 weeks.**

Thanks, Erica. I guess tomorrow is the big day then. Is it possible to lose 5 pounds in one day?! That might help my odds of winning!! =)
Ya, that restaurant website takes the joy right out of eating out!
A lady at our weight watchers meeting said there is an entree at Johnny Carino's that has 2,500 calories...'cause its all cooked in butter. YIKES!!

When a girl is only eating 1200 calories a day 2500 in one meal sure sounds like enough to kill you! I wouldn't mind waking up tomorrow 5 lbs lighter ;-)
